Do you have a child starting school in 2027?

Tanilba Bay Public School invites you to to attend our Kindergarten orientation sessions.

Kindergarten orientation is an important part of preparing children and their families for starting school.

Orientation involves activities where incoming students and their families visit the school, meet staff, participate in classroom activities, tour the school grounds, and receive information about the school’s routines and expectations. It’s designed to help children feel comfortable and confident about starting school and to support families in the transition.

Book Week - 'Symphony of Stories'

Monday 24th - Friday 28th August

Book Week is an annual celebration of books and reading hosted by the Children's Book Council of Australia (CBCA). Schools, libraries, and communities across Australia engage in activities to highlight the importance of literacy, promote the love of storytelling, and showcase outstanding children’s books.

Our Book Parade is on Thursday 27th August at 9.30am in the school hall.

The Book Fair will be open in the school library during the week of Monday 24th - Friday 28th August.

Stage 3 Milson Island Camp

Wednesday 9th - Friday 11th September

Milson Island Camp is one of the most rewarding experiences your child will ever have at Primary School. The students will be involved in a variety of activities each day. From the ferry ride over to the island to their return journey, your child will be fully engaged in fantastic activities. Some of the activities we plan to do are abseiling, canoeing, a cookout for lunch, giant swing, swimming, high ropes course and great action-packed night activities.
