We are excited to announce that Tanilba Bay Public School will be holding our annual NAIDOC Day celebration on Friday 4th July, the last day of Term 2.

Following the success of last year’s event, we are once again planning a memorable day filled with cultural activities, learning, and community connection. To help make the day as special and smooth-running as possible, we are seeking volunteers from our parent and community network to assist with activities and supervision throughout the day.

If you’re available to help – whether it’s for an hour or the whole day – we would love to hear from you. Your support plays a huge role in making events like this meaningful for our students.

We would like to welcome everyone and pay our respects to Worimi land and the traditional elders past and present who walk this land. We would also like to acknowledge the Aboriginal people who are visiting this site today. We are grateful for the people who continue our culture, dreamtime stories and our Worimi traditions.
